Thanks to its central location on Lake Zurich, the Zurich Convention Center is easily accessible by public transport. From both Zurich main station and Stadelhofen station, you can reach us in around 15 minutes on foot or conveniently by streetcar to the Bürkliplatz stop. From there it is only a 5-minute walk to the entrance. Other nearby stops are Stockerstrasse and Kantonalbank, from where you can also reach the Kongresshaus on foot in 5 to 10 minutes. This means you can reach us quickly and easily from all directions.
Own parking spaces are not available. However, there are numerous blue and white zones within walking distance, as well as the Park Hyatt parking garage.
Yes, all rooms are accessible for guests with limited mobility, the upper floors via lifts. Wheelchair spaces are marked in the halls and hearing systems are available. Blind and visually impaired guests are accompanied to their seats by our team, guide dogs are welcome. Barrier-free toilets can be found throughout the building. Eight disabled parking spaces are available in the surrounding area (six directly at entrance T of the Tonhalle, two opposite). The Zurich Convention Center is also part of the OK:GO initiative.
The Zurich Convention Center has a large checkroom right by the entrance. However, whether this is in operation is usually decided by the organizer - so it depends on the event in question. There are no lockers in the building.

The Zurich Convention Center has its own banquet kitchen and offers customized and seasonal catering solutions - from aperitifs to gala dinners. External catering is therefore not permitted.
